Breathers

You know you’re supposed to take breaks between running sprints, right? Any good coach would tell you that.

If you don’t, you’ll exhaust yourself before finishing the next one. Worse, you could sprain a muscle or break an ankle.

Worst of all, your muscles won’t grow any stronger without time to rest and recover. That’s just a biological fact.

Now tell that to your SCRUM Master.

What kind of coach will you be to your team and to your code?
