Start today: with a notebook, a wiki, an audio log, whatever it takes to figure out how you yourself work and how best to operate the nigh-miraculous machinery that is a self-realizing person.

The act of writing it all down matters as much or more than reading it. It does so much to organize your thoughts. And if you go back and organize your notes, that will organize your thoughts all the more in turn. A virtuous cycle.
