Exercising more and improving your diet works.
Doctors tell their patients to do more of both all the time. Many promise to and yet never follow through. But I stuck with improving those and saw improvements within months.
The specific exercise and diet changes don’t matter nearly so much as the routine. It’s much easier to adjust a routine after establishing it, so optimize for that first. You can worry about kettlebells vs. kegels or calorie-counting vs. keto after that.
Your fitter future self will thank you.
