Marie Kondo Your Mind

Today is the perfect day to spend at least half an hour writing down everyone that’s on your mind. Everything.

No matter how important or trivial the thought, write it down. Upcoming birthdays, tomorrow’s breakfast, odd trivia, forgotten promises: It all goes down on the page. Pen and paper work best.

Your brain has spent days, months, or years holding onto these thoughts out of fear that you would forget them. Move those thoughts to your exocortex (e.g. a notebook) and you free your brain to take a long-deserved rest. It will thank you.
