You must acknowledge the success of others, even if only to yourself. This goes double for the success of those whom you hate. Discounting it won’t make them any less successful.

Fail to do so and you will miss the lessons from their success. You will risk underestimating their chances of another success, too. The world will respond more to their results than your complaints, anyway.
