You might never write that perfect novel series you’ve long imagined, but you can get close.

If you write enough other series that each push you closer to that asymptote, you’ll eventually deliver that vision to your readers. They don’t need to know that you wanted something impossibly better for them. They care far more about what you have written for them.

Your audience won’t notice that 1% gap from perfection. They will notice a 100% gap. Keep writing, keep publishing, and bring them along for the ride.
