What would get you up in the morning? Commitments? Challenges? Cinnamon rolls? The more aligned you are with your drivers, the more likely you will achieve that early start.
Consider making early morning plans with a friend who’s an early riser. Or dare a friend to see who can get up early the most consistently. Or, if you can, have coffee brewing or bread baking in a machine and ready to go before you wake up. Whatever works for you.
The sooner you can start your day, the more you can do for yourself before the work takes over the rest.
