How do you choose your snacks?
Do you choose by instinct? By a curated menu? By whatever happens to be in the office that day?
When you choose snacks for yourself, what thoughts cross your mind? Flavor? Ingredients? Color? Brand? Cravings? Diet? How much thought, if any, do you give to your snacks?
If you could have only one snack each day, what would it be? What if you could only have one type of snack? What would you do if you couldn’t snack at all?
Mindless eating is all too common, as our health and wallets can attest. We can snack without thought (as marketers prefer) or with purpose. How will you decide when, why, and how you will snack next?
